Anxiety makes me feel so ridiculous

Like, I have more than 2 hours before I leave for a 2-3 hours of training at my job, I know what to expect, who I’m with, etc, but I’m still freaking out instead of enjoying those 2 hours of freedom.

Gotta do something productive to use these hours.
I feel like shit about feeling like this. Eternal vicious cycle.

Will eat some corn than do a quick workout to let the stress out and let the energy in. Yeah.

Today’s Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 brown and golden potato, roundly cubed
1/3 cup bacon crumbled
3 cherry tomatoes, whole
3 mushrooms, optional
5-7 chopped scallions
parsley chopped and sprinkled, optional
2-4 organic eggs (depends on how many you want per person)
optional on the side: toast, dollop of jam

I&#8217;m so impressed&#8230; I can&#8217;t even blow a regular balloon.
